- We deliver across India to most pin codes. If your area is non-serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
- International shipping is currently unavailable.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all orders above INR 1,000.
- For orders below INR 1,000, a standard shipping charge of INR 50 applies.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the shipping details and tracking information.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 4-5 business days.
- Non-metro cities: 5-7 business days.
- Remote locations: 7-10 business days.
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its status in real time.
- You can also track your order directly from your account on our website under the “My Orders” section.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- In case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, our courier partner will make up to two additional delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
Cancellations and Modifications
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to make changes as the order would already be processed.
