Our refund and returns policy lasts for 5 days after purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
once you made refund in given time frame, your amount will be deposited to your account with 2-3 days after refund requested.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once the product has been delivered by us, all EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use, as well as the below Exchange & Return Policies. We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you are unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning any defect in the product, we will be happy to initiate an Exchange or Refund.
- Exchange & Return Process
Blu & Blu Dragon offers its customers an easy Exchange/Return Policy, where you can raise an Exchange/Return request of products purchased on www.bluandbludragon.com, for all garments except Accessories . The return request is required to be made within 48 hours after delivery and the exchange request is required to be made within 5 days of delivery of the product(s). We also accept partial returns where you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order. However, partial return shall not mean breaking garment set.Once you receive the product, please make sure you make an unboxing video for the same so as to have a video & photo proof which will be required in case on any refunds or claims.
- Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return
- The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end. Some Products would have a “Red Colored: No Return” Tag which should also remain intact for acceptance of return.

- Accessories cannot be exchanged

Exchange & Return at a store is valid only in India.

You are requested to login to your user account on www.bluandbludragon.com and place an exchange and/or return request form the “My Orders” section.
We will initiate a return pick up once your request is received. The product should be properly wrapped, and you must ensure that the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact.
Return Pick-up facility for exchange is available in selected locations, depending on the courier services in the said location. If you choose to schedule a pick-up –
- Properly wrap the product in a packet
- Do not seal the packet
- Keep the packet ready and open, to quicken the pickup process
Our staff will initially verify the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.
